JOUW FUNCTIE Als HR Assistant ondersteun je de dagelijkse HR-werking voor onze Belgische entiteiten. Je beheert zelfstandig administratieve dossiers van begin tot einde, bent het lokale HR-aanspreekpunt in Sint-Gillis-Waas en werkt nauw samen met het HR-team in Waver. JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN · Fleet & mobiliteit: opvolging van het bedrijfswagenpark, contact met leasingmaatschappijen, garages en leveranciers; coördinatie van bestellingen, leveringen, onderhoud, herstellingen en inleveringen; vragen van medewerkers behandelen. · HR-administratie & payroll back-up: personeelsdossiers opvolgen bij in- en uitdiensttreding en wijzigingen; ondersteuning en back-up bij de voorbereiding van de loonverwerking; vertrouwelijke HR-gegevens correct beheren. · Tijdsregistratie & verlof: opvolging van afwezigheden, verlofaanvragen en tijdsregistraties in U-Time; afwijkingen signaleren en medewerkers ondersteunen. · Recruitment (indien nodig): vacatures publiceren, kandidaturen en sollicitatiegesprekken administratief opvolgen en de integratie van nieuwe collega’s ondersteunen. · Lokale HR-ondersteuning: aanspreekpunt voor collega’s in Sint-Gillis-Waas en schakel met het HR-team in Waver. · HR-projecten: meewerken aan sociale verkiezingen, analyse en vergelijking van extralegale voordelen, optimalisatie van HR-processen, digitalisering en andere ad-hocprojecten. JOUW PROFIEL · Een opleiding in Human Resources is vereist (bachelor HRM, personeelswerk of gelijkwaardig HR-diploma). · Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk; vloeiend in het Engels, Frans is een plus maar geen vereiste. · Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen HR-administratie; basiskennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en payroll is een troef. · Oprechte interesse in auto’s, bedrijfswagens en mobiliteit. · Sterk administratief, gestructureerd, discreet en nauwkeurig; je volgt dossiers zelfstandig op tot ze afgehandeld zijn. · Proactief, servicegericht, communicatief en hands-on; je stelt prioriteiten en neemt initiatief. · Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel; Workday en U-Time zijn pluspunten.
