• Operate automated optical 3D measurement equipment safely and in accordance with approved measurement routines.
• Prepare/load parts or assemblies, execute measurement cycles, review data quality, and release measurement results for
engineering analysis.
• Perform routine checks, support troubleshooting, and escalate equipment/program/data-quality issues.
• Support comparison of measured data to CAD/defined specifications and generation of inspection reports.
• Press Shop technicians shall focus on stamped parts/panels; BIW technicians on body-in-white/subassemblies; Closure
technicians on doors, hood, decklid/liftgate and related assemblies.
• Experience with ZEISS/GOM ATOS ScanBox and ZEISS INSPECT or equivalent automotive optical metrology environment
is preferred; Service Provider shall state exact platform competence.
