Build an employee and executive advocacy program that helps employees and technical experts develop their LinkedIn presence, share their expertise, and expand Onshape’s reach through authentic/credible voices. Use Brandwatch and platform data to monitor conversations, competitors, and industry trends; translate those insights into recommendations for content, campaigns, webinars, and paid media. Partner with SEO/GEO teams to improve Onshape’s visibility in organic search and AI-generated answers through social activity, expert voices, and third-party content. Coordinate with support, product, creative, and paid media teams to respond to questions, share feedback, escalate sensitive issues, and develop social content. Strong understanding of social platforms and digital communities, including how to tailor content and community-building approaches to different audiences and platforms. A self-motivated, creative, and proactive approach to working independently and with others. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities. Sound judgment when using AI tools for research and content creation, with attention to accuracy, originality, and Onshape’s voice. Preferred Experience and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in B2B social media, digital communities, content, or related market influence roles. Experience editing short-form video for social media, including adapting footage and adding captions for different platforms.
