Soporte Técnico-Comercial: • Colaborar con el área de Ingeniería y el Back Office Comercial en la preparación de ofertas técnicas y comerciales. • Transformar necesidades del cliente en soluciones técnicas viables alineadas con las capacidades de GAM Robotics. • Realizar estudios de viabilidad técnica y económica de propuestas comerciales. • Analizar viabilidad técnica de las soluciones en las instalaciones del cliente. • Gestión de Proveedores y Documentación: • Solicitar y analizar información técnico-económica de proveedores clave para garantizar la competitividad de las propuestas. • Gestionar la documentación técnica requerida para las ofertas y proyectos asignados. • Interacción con Clientes: • Participar en reuniones con clientes para entender sus necesidades técnicas y comerciales. • Dar asesoramiento a la red comercial en base a las demandas del cliente. • Ofrecer soporte técnico en la etapa de preventa, explicando soluciones y tecnologías propuestas. • Colaboración Interdepartamental: • Trabajar de manera cercana con el Responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio para identificar oportunidades. • Alinear las soluciones diseñadas con los objetivos del Responsable de Ingeniería y el Responsable de Proyectos. • Mejora Continua y Actualización: • Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias tecnológicas en robótica móvil. • Proponer mejoras en procesos técnicos y comerciales para aumentar la eficiencia.
