Responsible for ensuring the availability of all relevant data required for the local IATF audits Monitor training completion and maintain accurate training records within designated systems. Implementing, ensuring and complying with all standardized T&D processes as specified by CU Human Resources Implementing Manager development measures in collaboration with the Manager and the CU as part of defined programs Creating, assisting with and monitoring all integration training courses for new employees and Managers Support onboarding training programs for new employees. Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and ensure timely completion of required training. Generate and distribute training compliance reports and metrics. Support recruiting activities including job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment documentation. Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation preparation.
