Content Operations Lead.

SENIOR LEVELPEOPLE & OPS
Job Description : About us With over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, Diageo is home to some of the world’s most iconic drinks. From Johnnie Walker and Guinness to Tanqueray, Smirnoff and Don Julio, we craft brands chosen for life’s moments — from everyday connections to landmark celebrations. Bring your talent, curiosity and ambition, and strive for your personal best alongside people who challenge, support and learn from each other. Together, as one outstanding team, we keep learning, improving and raising the bar for our brands, our business and each other. Join us and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more. Purpose of the Role Regional content studios are part of MOM's regional hubs, helping markets deliver the right content faster through greater reuse, better coordination and consistent ways of working. They focus primarily on adapting global content for local markets, while supporting local brand content where needed, using the tools, capabilities and processes defined by the central team. Diageo teams lead the studio, while agency partners deliver creative adaptation and production. The Regional Content Operations Lead manages content demand and delivery for assigned categories across markets. This role is the day-to-day link between market and brand teams and the agency delivery team, reviewing briefs, challenging low-value requests, maximising reuse, choosing the right delivery route and ensuring assets are delivered on time and ready for approval, storage and reuse. Key Accountabilities Manage content demand and delivery for assigned categories, with a primary focus on adapting GBT assets for market use. Review and clarify briefs from markets and brand teams, challenging unclear, duplicated or low-value asks and improving briefing quality over time. Check for reuse before production and decide the most efficient route: reuse, GBT asset adaptation, Pencil/AI production, agency production or new-to-world only where truly needed. Translate market needs into clear agency briefs, including assets, formats, mandatories, timelines, approval needs, delivery route and creative direction. Guide the agency on workflows, templates, production approach and adaptation requirements, reviewing outputs where needed to ensure they are fit for purpose. Track status, risks and missing inputs through the Planning & Briefing Platform, escalating issues and ensuring final assets are ready for approval, storage, tagging and reuse. Key Competencies 1. Brand Proposition 2. Brand Activation Qualifications and Experience Required CONTENT DELIVERY EXPERIENCE: 6+ years of experience in content delivery, creative operations, marketing operations, agency account management, brand management, production or regional marketing. CREATIVE JUDGMENT: Strong in-house or creative agency background, with the ability to understand briefs, judge outputs, provide clear feedback and bridge brand teams and agency partners. BRIEFING & ADAPTATION EXPERTISE: Strong understanding of content briefing, reuse, adaptation, production workflows, approval requirements and market delivery needs. AI & TOOL KNOWLEDGE: Good working knowledge of AI-enabled production, Pencil or similar tools, DAM/Libraries and content planning platforms. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Able to manage multiple briefs, deadlines, stakeholders and agency workflows at the same time. PUSHBACK & EXECUTION: Detail-oriented and confident challenging weak briefs or unnecessary new creation, with focus on speed, reuse, cost efficiency, quality and market service. Diversity statement: Our purpose is crafting iconic drinks chosen for life’s moments. And it’s our people, with their different experiences, perspectives and talents, who make that possible. We value diversity in its broadest sense and want everyone to feel they can belong, contribute and strive for their personal best. Together, we’re constantly learning and improving, combining the strength of our people, capabilities and iconic brands to raise the bar, grow and win. Wherever you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, make an impact and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more. Ready to bring your best?
