Bogota - EOB, Colombia

Reporting Portfolio Lead.

SENIOR LEVELPEOPLE & OPS
Job Description : About us: With over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, Diageo is home to some of the world’s most iconic drinks. From Johnnie Walker and Guinness to Tanqueray, Smirnoff and Don Julio, we craft brands chosen for life’s moments — from everyday connections to landmark celebrations. Bring your talent, curiosity and ambition, and strive for your personal best alongside people who challenge, support and learn from each other. Together, as one outstanding team, we keep learning, improving and raising the bar for our brands, our business and each other. Join us and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more. About the role: Purpose of the Role: Deliver and govern scalable enterprise DA&I capabilities that provide consistent, high-quality and reusable insight experiences. The role owns standards and execution within its scope, while relying on governed data products and business-owned KPI definitions. Key Accountabilities: • Own the specialist roadmap: Set the standards, backlog and delivery plan for reporting portfolio lead, aligned to enterprise architecture, governance and the priorities of the accountable manager. • Define standards and reusable assets: Set the engineering, design, semantic and governance requirements relevant to reporting portfolio lead, with clear certification and lifecycle rules. • Manage the delivery pipeline: Prioritise demand, allocate capacity, assure quality and deliver repeatable outputs through standard factory methods. • Reduce duplication and complexity: Promote certified assets, rationalise low-value content and prevent new solutions that replicate existing enterprise capability. • Track quality and adoption: Measure performance, reuse, defects, user experience and productivity; use evidence to improve standards and delivery. Key Competencies: • Enterprise judgement: Makes clear decisions that balance value, risk, speed, cost and long-term sustainability. • Outcome-focused leadership: Turns strategy into priorities, measurable results and accountable execution. • Collaboration and influence: Aligns stakeholders and resolves trade-offs across a complex federated organisation. Qualifications and Experience Required: Essential • 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data and analytics operating models, portfolio delivery, governance and performance management, including accountability in a complex global or multi-market organisation. • Demonstrated delivery of measurable outcomes in a scope comparable to Reporting Portfolio Lead, with clear ownership of decisions, priorities and stakeholder alignment. • Proven ability to work across business, product and technology teams in a matrixed or federated operating model. • Strong written and verbal communication, with the judgement to influence senior stakeholders and escalate material risks clearly. • Practical understanding of data governance, security, privacy, responsible use and financial discipline relevant to the role. Desirable • Experience in consumer goods, retail or another complex multi-market enterprise. • Experience with modern cloud data, analytics or AI platforms and product-led delivery methods. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant business, data, technology, engineering or design discipline. Flexibility is key to our success. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you, so that you’re supported to manage your wellbeing and balance your priorities from day one. Our purpose is crafting iconic drinks chosen for life’s moments. And it’s our people, with their different experiences, perspectives and talents, who make that possible. We value diversity in its broadest sense and want everyone to feel they can belong, contribute and strive for their personal best. You’ll work alongside people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives — challenging, supporting and learning from one another as one outstanding team. Together, we’re constantly learning and improving, combining the strength of our people, capabilities and iconic brands to raise the bar, grow and win. Wherever you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, make an impact and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more. Ready to bring your best?
