Direct communication and coordination with clinical, hospital-based, or internal business partners. Additional Qualifications Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience working across Sales, Customer, Clinical, and Operations teams to coordinate order intake and documentation. Experience with Express Therapy Portal, HERO, electronic health records, customer portals, or similar healthcare order-management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain status, next steps, and role boundaries. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize documentation, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple approved assignments. Ability to work independently within defined workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, identify barriers, and escalate issues appropriately. Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work, with onsite presence in Belén, Heredia, required for Moments That Matter.)
