What You'll Do In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. · Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints, work instructions, and other written or verbal instructions to complete the crating of tools/products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards. · Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, and recording and communicating inventory levels. · Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise. · Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or supervisory duties as requested. · Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled on time. · The need to coordinate with CM to perform GR, coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment, and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement. · Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment. · Identifying and locating the right products during the shipping process · Recording inventory status, and making sure deliveries properly match work orders. · Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products. · Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for continuous improvement of products and processes. · Maintain a clean and organized work area, and workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures. · Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays. · Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior. Minimum Qualifications · Minimum GCE “O” or “N” or its equivalent · PC literate. Preferably with experience in crating/capital equipment handling. · A team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically. · Process Improvement mindset · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing and demanding environment. · Hardworking, self-driven, willing to learn, and able to take initiative. · Knowledge of SAP and having a forklift license will be an added advantage.
