Your mission
- Provide basic IT support for Windows and Linux systems
- Perform basic network troubleshooting
- Replace hardware components and provide hardware support
- Maintain and support data acquisition stations
- Set up and configure employee laptopsIdentify, document, and resolve basic IT issues
- Provide on-site IT support during production days
- Ensure on-site presence throughout production operations, including weekends
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in IT administration or IT operations
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructures, ideally AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common enterprise software
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as providing 1st- and 2nd-level support
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach
- Very good written and spoken English skills
