The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work as a close partner to the CEO across sales execution, customer deployments and internal operations. Coordinate between commercial, delivery and engineering teams to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans and keep important work moving.
What you'll do
- Support the CEO in preparing for executive meetings and shaping written materials for large, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Help customers through deployment by gathering requirements and turning them into product specifications.
- Work with engineers to scope features and feed customer learnings back into the product.
- Take charge of special projects spanning sales execution, analytical research and customer onboarding.
- Organize cross-functional initiatives, build project plans and remove blockers for the team.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Background in management consulting at a top-tier firm, or in business operations or chief of staff roles at a high-growth startup.
- Ability to reason about engineering systems at a high level.
- A poised, self-assured manner with a dependable drive and a level-headed disposition.
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in the office five days a week.
- Degree from a top-ranked university.
- Two to four years of relevant experience.
Bonus points
- Experience in the enterprise applied AI space.
- Some technical training, such as a coding bootcamp.
