What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and support drivers and operational personnel to promote safe, efficient transportation services. Monitor route performance, scheduling, and on-time service delivery. Conduct road checks and evaluate driver performance and operational compliance. Assist with dispatch coordination and daily transportation operations. Investigate and resolve customer concerns and service-related issues. Maintain operational reports, documentation, and performance records. Support routing, payroll, and other administrative functions. Assist with employee hiring, training, and ongoing performance development. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL). 1–3 years of transportation or transit operations experience. Previous driving or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
