Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs. Track time and document all work performed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and return vehicles clean. Complete required training and maintain certifications. Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer information. Communicate effectively with team members and support customer satisfaction. Report any safety, ethical, or operational concerns to management. What You'll Bring 2–5 years of automotive technician experience Virginia State Inspector license (strongly preferred; bonus eligible) Dealership or Private Repair Experience B and C Technician levels highly preferred!
