Enjoy multiple service stalls and a well-equipped, productive shop environment. What You'll Do Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to Honda standards. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently. Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning repairs. Identify additional maintenance and repair needs. Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship. Follow manufacturer guidelines, safety procedures, and dealership processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with service advisors, fellow technicians, and shop leadership. What You'll Bring Current automotive technician certification. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing factory training. Positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Previous dealership or automotive repair experience. Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic equipment and repair procedures. Relevant technical training or automotive education are preferred. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The average monthly pay range for this position is $30-$55 Flat Rate Hours depending on experience. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
