This position is on site at Lakeshore Place. Job Description: Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be performing food service and cleaning activities at Lakeshore Place within established guidelines and procedures as assigned. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain professional conduct, grooming, and appearance according to resort standards. • Serve food and beverages for all meals, events, and catering functions. • Prepare and serve specific food items, such as breakfast items. • Set up, clear, and break down Food and Beverage areas for events and meals. • Clean and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and store them properly. • Restock dietary supplies, unpack groceries, and ensure equipment cleanliness. • Foster a team environment and maintain positive interactions with staff and other departments. • Maintain confidentiality of Resident and organizational information while supporting their well-being. • Reports damaged or inoperable equipment, furniture and fixtures to the Food and Beverage Supervisor. • Assist with new employee orientation and perform other related duties as assigned.
