Job Overview: As the Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products from conception to deployment. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior developers, contribute to technical strategy and decision-making, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our software products, including front-end and back-end development, database design, and integration with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our products.
- Provide technical guidance and support to product managers, designers, and other team members.
- Contribute to technical strategy and decision-making, and help drive continuous improvement of our development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on front-end web development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end development using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database design and management, preferably with MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects and technical abilities.
