Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Dose Formulation Research Technician - 3rd Shift Labcorp is seeking a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. Work Schedule: 3rd shift: 3:00am – 11:45am flexibility to work overtime as needed Job Responsibilities: As a Research Technician, you’ll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology Additional Job Standards: A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to work one weekend per month Pay Rate: $23/hr. (includes a 12% shift differential) Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
