Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: Commodity Manager for APAC External Manufacturing Procurement Key responsibilities: Scope and Responsibilities 1. Conduct commercial negotiations and cost management initiatives to deliver savings opportunities and protect Avon’s commercial interests. 2. Develop and execute Procurement strategies aligned with APAC business requirements and Global Procurement objectives. 3. Assist in contract mgmt, supplier governance, and risk mitigation activities to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. 4. Lead supplier development, qualification, and performance management to strengthen supply capability and competitiveness. 5. Build and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective suppliers across APAC. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive procurement excellence, innovation, and sustainable business outcomes. 7. Supports shared-KPI's related to service, quality, innovation, supply assurance, and total cost of ownership. 8. Coordinate sourcing activities and support cluster market requirements, new product launches, and business growth initiatives. 9. Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify Procurement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
