- Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level
- Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology
- 5–10 years of experience in progressive HR experience within the manufacturing industry, including leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations, labor compliance, and strategic Human Resources Management.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
