TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Comprehensive industry-leading training program designed to launch your career in aviation sales
- Dedicated one-on-one mentorship from experienced Brokers and Sales Leaders
- Training opportunities at our Global HQ in London for 3 weeks and at our Americas HQ in New York for 3 months, with travel expenses covered

PAY AND BENEFITS
- Base salary: $60,000K USD + 10% uncapped commission
- 20 days of PTO for each year plus paid sick time
