Role Overview We are seeking an EHS Executive to support the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across corporate facilities. The role will focus on compliance, audits, inspections, training, incident reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Support implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and standards across the site. Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Monitor compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements. Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Report, investigate, and track incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and mock drills. Deliver EHS inductions, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks. Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and documentation. Work closely with facility management teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. 3+ years of EHS experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings, facilities management, or workplace operations. Good understanding of Indian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
