Your Day-to-Day
- Create, produce, and optimize engaging Instagram & TikTok content that supports brand awareness, audience growth, and marketing objectives.
- Research emerging Instagram & TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates to develop timely, high-performing organic content.
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut and Canva while maintaining consistent brand quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Creative team and cross-functional teams to execute content campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
- Represent the brand on camera when needed, creating authentic, relatable, and audience-first content.
- Monitor content performance and apply insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.
Who We’re Looking For
- Have 1+ year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, TikTok Content, or a related role, with a portfolio of organic content.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms, trends, content formats, and organic growth strategies.

Proficient in short-form video editing using CapCut and visual content creation using Canva.

Create compelling on-camera content confidently, with experience producing authentic UGC-style videos.

Collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple content priorities in a fast-paced environment.
