We are looking for an Team Leader, Restaurant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will coordinate daily restaurant service, support and motivate the team, and ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. You will maintain consistent compliance with company policies, SOPs and Brand Standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant preparation and service activities.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate priorities and guest information.
- Monitor stock levels and support accurate ordering.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, hotel facilities, events and services.
- Engage with guests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Supervise team performance and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Support training, roster preparation and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with Brand Standards, SOPs and Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma. Hospitality studies are an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant service and team supervision is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
- Strong guest service, selling and upselling skills, with a guest-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of food and wine trends.
- Strong leadership, training and delegation skills.
- Good planning, organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to remain calm during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts according to operational needs.
