Job Title Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Your role: Initiate and lead end-to-end industrialization for new products and design changes - Including equipment selection, tooling/fixture development, IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and site-to-site transfers in compliance with FDA QSR/cGMP and ISO 13485 standards. Integrate Design for Excellence (DFX) principles in the development lifecycle to optimize manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability while executing equipment, automation, and labor capacity strategies. Drive key business metrics - including Cost of Goods (COGS), yield, takt, and line productivity - by leveraging Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design of Experiments (DOE), and statistical process control (SPC) to enhance process capability. Apply data-driven engineering methods to resolve complex manufacturing and equipment issues, ensuring full alignment with quality, compliance, and EHS (environmental, health, and safety) environment standards. Partner across matrixed organizational teams, external suppliers, and internal manufacturing sites to manage change, influence stakeholders, and deliver regulated product launches on timeline and budget. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in CO is $73,500 to $117,000 Annually. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
