The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in commercial HVAC installation, proven leadership abilities, and the organizational skills to coordinate projects from start to finish. While previous project management experience is valuable, our client is equally interested in experienced field leaders who understand commercial mechanical construction and are eager to grow into a project management role.

This company offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment where employees are valued, professional growth is encouraged, and work-life balance is a priority.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
