Responsibilities: Assist team leader and relationship manager to handle: To timely and accurately handle customer phone-in inquiries To timely and properly handle customers’ complaints To timely and accurately refer all SME banking business to RMs and relevant units To assist improvement in customer satisfactory score To timely and accurately support RMs in daily operation activities including: New Account Onboarding Account Maintenance Keeping track of the CDD review progress and document delivery Handling of daily TOD report Handling of daily Time Deposit report AOS input Obtaining company search/ land search/ CCRA/ TU report/verbal valuation report Assist RM to complete the credit proposal, including OSCA, e-form, ORCR etc.... Conduct the preliminary checking on documentation uploaded in system prior to submitting to Credit Division Filling & photocopying of documents Collecting of Ad-Hoc fees other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager Requirements: Preferably Degree holder with major in Finance / Business Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in SME Banking with good credit sense.
