    • Design, develop, and maintain role-specific training curricula, onboarding pathways, learning plans, assessments, and educational materials.

    • Ensure training content remains aligned with clinical research regulations, internal procedures, operational standards, systems, and evolving business requirements.

    • Build and maintain a structured, scalable training repository that complies with organizational infrastructure and documentation requirements.

    • Deliver engaging training sessions through instructor-led workshops, virtual classrooms, self-paced learning, and practical exercises.

    • Provide training on clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), systems, technologies, and role-specific responsibilities.

    • Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees, monitor learning progress, and support managers in evaluating employee readiness.

    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing guidance to clinical research professionals, reinforcing the practical application of knowledge in daily activities.

    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and promote best practices across Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and other clinical operations teams.

    • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, employee feedback, competency evaluations, and operational quality indicators.

    • Identify opportunities to improve training processes, learning resources, and delivery methods.

    • Support organizational changes, new technologies, and process implementations through structured training and change management initiatives.

    • Contribute to the development and review of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and other controlled documentation.

    • Support training budget planning by preparing cost estimates, recommendations, and business justifications.

    • Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership regarding training performance, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.

    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Education, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

      • At least 5 years of experience in clinical research within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry.

      • Previous experience in one or more Clinical Trial Delivery roles, such as Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Manager, Project Manager, or another clinical operations position.

      • Experience delivering training, facilitating learning, coaching, mentoring, or supporting employee development.

      • Experience developing training materials, onboarding programs, or role-based learning plans is considered an advantage.

      • Strong knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle, clinical operations, and cross-functional project delivery processes.

      • Good understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, Health Canada, and other applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.

      • Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage professionals at different experience levels.

      • Ability to translate complex regulatory, technical, and operational information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

      • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

      • Adaptability and willingness to work in a changing environment while embracing new technologies, systems, and industry practices.

      • Proficiency in written and spoken English; French or additional languages are considered an asset.

      • Comfortable using AI-powered tools and productivity platforms, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini, to improve learning, productivity, and operational efficiency.

      • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.

      • Benefits:

        • Opportunity to contribute to the professional development and operational excellence of international clinical research teams.

        • Exposure to a broad range of clinical trial functions, processes, and therapeutic research activities.

        • Opportunities to collaborate with experienced clinical operations leaders and cross-functional subject matter experts.

        • A role combining training strategy, employee development, coaching, and continuous improvement.

        • Opportunities to contribute to innovative learning initiatives and the adoption of AI-powered productivity tools.
