This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analytics Coordinator III based in the United States.

The Analytics Coordinator III will support a diverse portfolio of healthcare analytics, research, and quality improvement projects. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that strengthen healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes nationwide. Working alongside project managers, data analysts, researchers, clinicians, and external partners, you will help coordinate projects from initiation through completion. You will play an important role in managing timelines, organizing deliverables, facilitating communication, and ensuring project quality. The position combines project coordination, research, documentation, and analytical support in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. It is particularly suited to an organized and curious professional who enjoys learning, solving problems, and making a meaningful contribution to healthcare improvement.

Accountabilities

    • Project Planning and Coordination: Support healthcare analytics and quality improvement projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestone trackers, and task assignments while monitoring progress and following up on deliverables.

    • Workflow and Process Improvement: Identify potential scheduling conflicts, documentation gaps, and operational challenges. Communicate issues to project managers, recommend practical improvements, support corrective actions, and ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

    • Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a coordination point between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external partners. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, track action items, communicate deadlines, and provide regular project updates.

    • Documentation and Deliverable Management: Assist in preparing, reviewing, formatting, validating, and submitting reports, presentations, correspondence, and other project materials. Maintain accurate and organized records across SharePoint and approved corporate or federal document management systems.

    • Research and Analytical Support: Conduct internet and literature research on healthcare, clinical, policy, quality improvement, and analytics topics. Identify reliable sources, summarize findings, and support the preparation of written and data-oriented reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

    • Data Quality and Reporting: Assist with compiling, organizing, reviewing, and presenting project data. Check information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and communicate potential errors or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.

    • Professional Accountability: Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Protect confidential information, follow privacy and data governance requirements, remain adaptable to evolving project needs, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Science, Social Science, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.

      • Demonstrated experience organizing assignments, coordinating activities, conducting research, preparing professional documentation, or supporting team-based projects. Relevant experience may come from employment, internships, academic projects, or volunteer activities.

      • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, healthcare, research, administration, analytics, or client services is preferred.

      • A master's degree or graduate-level coursework in a related field is an advantage.

      • Exposure to healthcare delivery, healthcare quality improvement, data analytics, government contracting, or research environments is beneficial.

      • Understanding of project management fundamentals, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, quality standards, and workflow coordination.

      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including proofreading, editing, grammar, and professional correspondence.

      • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for organizing information and preparing accurate reports and tables.

      • Ability to learn and use SharePoint, virtual meeting platforms, document management systems, and other project-related technologies.

      • Strong research and information synthesis skills, with the ability to identify credible sources and communicate findings clearly.

      • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, receive feedback constructively, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary.

      • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, continuous learning, accountability, and professional conduct.

      • Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every preferred qualification. Transferable skills, learning potential, and a commitment to high-quality work are also valued.

        Benefits

        • Annual Salary: $62,000–$65,000.

        • Remote Work: Fully remote position offering flexibility to work from home.

        • Full-Time Employment: 40-hour workweek.

        • Professional Development: Opportunities to participate in healthcare-related educational programs and training.

        • Career Growth: Exposure to healthcare analytics, quality measurement, research, and project management.

        • Collaborative Environment: Opportunity to work alongside experienced analysts, researchers, project managers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.
