This is an entry-level opportunity designed to give you practical, hands-on exposure to international HR processes across the EMEA region. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, learning how a modern corporate People Operations ecosystem runs from the inside out.
What You Will Do & Learn:
Act as a key point of contact for candidate logistics by scheduling online, technical, and onsite interviews across the EMEA region.
Learn to navigate and update core employee information (such as new hires, promotions, and compensation changes) within an enterprise-grade cloud HR platform.
Perform weekly audits of employee data and documentation, developing strong skills in data compliance and quality assurance.
Help welcome new joiners by initiating background check processes and collecting or verifying required onboarding paperwork.
Support the wider HR Operations team with special initiatives, reporting, and process improvement tasks.
Who You Are:

Nice to Have:
