Finance & Accounting Intern We are currently seeking high-performing, eager college student interested in starting their career in Finance & Accounting to participate in Novacore's 2027 Summer Internship Program! All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. Our internship program will run from May 17th through August 5th. This is a hybrid internship with 3 days required onsite at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office and 2 days’ work from home. Responsibilities: Maintain the close checklist, following up on open items. Reconcile balance sheet accounts to supporting schedules, investigating and documenting account variances. Help maintain accurate records in our accounting systems (e.g., Concept1, Workday). Participate in team meetings, documenting and summarizing the action items. Assist in ad hoc tasks, as needed. Attend team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Current college student, Sophomore and Junior year preferred Student currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfort with data analysis tools, or a willingness to learn. Training provided Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & demonstrate teamwork capability
