Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas mediante el desempeño como operario de manufactura, con capacidad para realizar correctamente el desencarre y estibado manual del producto de acuerdo con el programa de producción, cumpliendo estándares de calidad, productividad y seguridad. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: Cumplir con la normatividad vigente en temas de salud, seguridad, medio ambiente, calidad (GMP), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión energética y políticas corporativas aplicables al cargo. Además, garantizar el cumplimiento del Decreto 4725 de 2005 para dispositivos médicos. Realizar líneas despejadas e inspecciones masivas siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. Ejecutar las actividades asociadas al cargo: Revisar y firmar registros de carga de carros de producción. Realizar el desencarre según los requerimientos establecidos. Reportar excesos o faltantes de producto. Manejar el programa POMS. Sacar muestras para evaluación físico-final y esterilidad, registrar scrap, realizar cuadres parciales de producto y verificar cuadres de cajas durante el paletizado. Verificar el estado del estibador eléctrico, diligenciar la lista de chequeo diaria y asegurar la entrega adecuada del equipo cuando aplique. Cumplir normas de seguridad, GMP, 6S, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente. Lo que aportarás: Bachiller académico graduado. Deseable conocimiento en: BPM y BPD, normas de seguridad industrial, sistemas de calidad, herramientas informáticas y operación de estibador eléctrico. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en procesos productivos y/o mantenimiento. También pueden aplicar personas con formación como técnico o tecnólogo en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica o carreras afines.
