Your role at Baxter You will assist the Collections team with accounts receivable management, payment follow-up, cash application, dispute resolution, and analysis of overdue accounts while supporting key Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and cash flow objectives. What you do Analysis of overdue accounts and customer outreach for payment follow-up. Recording payments in the cash application system. Reviewing customer dispute records. Knowledge of key Order-to-Cash (O2C) process metrics, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and past-due accounts receivable. Reviewing accounts with orders on hold and working closely with the Credit team. What you will bring Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field (minimum 50–75% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements). Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy. English level B1 or higher. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively. Proactive attitude and openness to feedback. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
