Job Summary We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to design and deliver scalable, cloud-enabled software solutions that support critical business and customer needs. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, driving architecture decisions, engineering excellence, and delivery of high-quality products. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and leverage modern technologies including .NET, microservices, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes to build reliable and scalable solutions. What you’ll be doing Plan and deliver defined software projects, including schedules, dependencies, and coordination with development and support teams. Design, architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications, APIs, and microservices. Develop clean, maintainable code and drive solutions to complex technical and performance issues. Collaborate with product managers, designers, users, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and architecture. Evaluate technical concepts and design alternatives with consideration for business objectives, cost, and product needs. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Monitor relevant technologies and apply them where they improve product quality and competitiveness. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 12+ years of relevant experience. Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve complex technical problems. Proficiency in .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and relational databases such as SQL Server. Experience with Azure or AWS; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React is desirable. Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL Server or other relational databases. Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration skills. Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and cost considerations. Medical-device software experience is preferred.
