Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Review governance forums, escalation mechanisms, and accountability structures.
- Define clear ownership across functions and geographies.
- Strengthen cross-functional and partner collaboration models.
Process Efficiency & Automation
- Identify manual interventions and non-value-added activities.
- Assess opportunities for digitization and automation.
- Recommend process simplification and standardization initiatives.
Future-State Operating Model Design
- Define roles, responsibilities, and RACI framework.
- Develop a standardized operating model across regions.
- Benchmark against industry best practices and leading organizations.
