The Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive team member to support MOA in serving as the central hub for Asian production samples. The role will consolidate samples from different production locations, organize and pack them according to brand and specific business needs rather than using standard shipment packs, and ensure each shipment is prepared accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities will also include updating all shipment and air waybill (AWB) information, monitoring delivery progress, following up on exceptions, and maintaining clear shipment records. This position reports directly to the Manager of Product Development and Administration.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Collaborate with local Product and Packaging Design teams to coordinate sample packing and shipments
- Maintain an accurate sample inventory and reconcile received, packed, and shipped quantities
- Verify sample condition and reordering feasibility, brand allocation, shipping labels, consignee details, and packing requirements before dispatch
- Support courier booking, carton labeling, shipment consolidation, and preparation of shipping documentation
- Maintain organized shipment records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Proactively identify shipment delays, missing samples, or documentation issues and escalate exceptions promptly
- Ensure samples are packed securely and efficiently to minimize damage, unnecessary cartons, and freight costs
- Deliver efficient shipment support within tight schedules
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years relevant experience in sample packing or administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good command of written English and Chinese
