Provide agile project support for evolving business priorities, driving collaboration across finance, operations, and technology teams. Support copacker and vendor performance evaluations and assist in external performance reviews to reinforce accountability and operational efficiencies within contractual frameworks. Act as a subject matter resource for manufacturing finance insights to strengthen outcomes across the broader North America Operating Unit supply chain. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or cost accounting environments. Proven ability to perform advanced financial analysis techniques, including NPV, IRR, discounted cashflow, and risk assessment, to guide operational decision-making. High degree of digital fluency, including advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and modeling. Familiarity with SAP, Manufacturing Financial Tools (MFT), and Impact ECS preferred; ability to learn and integrate new platforms quickly. Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory-related financial processes, including COGS and tier rate fluctuations. Exceptional analytical aptitude paired with intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capabilities inambiguous or complex scenarios. Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and influence outcomes through data-driven insights. Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate financial implications for diverse audiences and gain alignment on policies and practices. Ability to deliver outcomes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
