We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel to support a US property management business with day-to-day financial operations. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and month-end closing—and you’re excited about contributing to the smooth operation of a property management business—we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, and expenses
- Reconcile accounts and ensure records are current and accurate
- Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and precise reporting
- Process financial transactions and prepare reports using QuickBooks and Excel
- Oversee deposits, payments, and related financial activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven background in bookkeeping and financial reporting with US clients
- Property management experience is a must
- Experience in appfolio/buildium
- Experience with month-end closing procedures
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks of job offer
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable using time trackers (e.g., Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel
