The role ensures the delivery and coordination of high-quality, resident-focused and consumer-directed care that supports optimal health, wellbeing, and quality of life outcomes for residents. The NUM is accountable for ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, professional practice requirements, and SVHM policies and procedures. Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Services (RACS) Operations Manager/Director of Nursing, the NUM works collaboratively with senior leadership and clinical teams to achieve, maintain, and promote excellence in nursing and aged care practice for Prague House residents. Classification for this position will be NM11.
