We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor daily truck movements to ensure all customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled within the required timeframe. Arrange truck and driver assignments based on delivery schedules, customer requirements and operational priorities. Monitor truck movements and delivery progress to ensure timely collection and delivery. Liaise with drivers, customers and operations teams to resolve delivery delays, scheduling changes and transportation issues. Ensure all transport documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD) and trip records, are accurate and complete for billing purposes.
