Serás responsable de garantizar la correcta implementación de la estrategia de Visual Merchandising en las tiendas Natura de Colombia y Perú, asegurando una experiencia de compra atractiva, consistente con la identidad de nuestra marca y orientada a maximizar los resultados comerciales. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Implementación y ejecución en tienda: Coordinar la ejecución de vitrinas, exhibiciones, campañas comerciales y material POP en las tiendas de Colombia y Perú, velando por la correcta exhibición de novedades y categorías estratégicas. Guías y planogramas: Diseñar y actualizar planogramas, manuales de exhibición y lineamientos visuales para los equipos de punto de venta. Proyectos y aperturas: Acompañar activamente las aperturas de nuevas tiendas, remodelaciones y transiciones de formato desde el frente de Visual Merchandising. Gestión de proveedores y logística: Coordinar con proveedores externos la producción, distribución e instalación de materiales de exhibición, asegurando el cumplimiento de cronogramas y presupuestos. Auditoría y mejora continua: Realizar auditorías visuales y seguimiento a los estándares en tienda, identificando oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia del cliente a partir del comportamiento de compra y los indicadores de venta. Articulación interfuncional: Trabajar de manera cercana con Marketing, Operaciones y los equipos comerciales para sincronizar las campañas del calendario de negocio. ¿Cuáles son los Requisitos? Título profesional en Diseño, Mercadeo, Publicidad, Arquitectura Comercial o carreras afines. Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia en roles de Visual Merchandising. Experiencia práctica en exhibición comercial, diseño de planogramas y distribución de espacios comerciales en punto de venta. Manejo de herramientas de diseño (Illustrator, Photoshop o afines). Experiencia en relacionamiento con proveedores de material POP, presupuestos y montajes. Comprensión y análisis de indicadores comerciales de Retail. ¿Cuáles son los diferenciales? Alto sentido estético, creatividad y orientación comercial en punto de venta. Excelente capacidad de ejecución, organización, seguimiento y atención al detalle. Habilidades para el trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios y tiendas de operación remota. Experiencia previa en el sector de retail de belleza, cosméticos, moda o consumo masivo. Experiencia liderando o coordinando implementaciones de Visual Merchandising en múltiples mercados o aperturas de tiendas simultáneas. #LI-MU1 What will you find here?
