Este puesto es clave para implementar el catálogo de beneficios de Natura cumpliendo con las políticas corporativas, resguardando el presupuesto local y agregando valor a la experiencia del colaborador. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Beneficios: Implementar la propuesta de valor de beneficios con activaciones innovadoras y competitivas, alineadas con las tendencias del mercado, las necesidades de los diferentes segmentos de colaboradores y con la Estrategia del COE de Beneficios. Gestionar integralmente el ciclo de vida de los beneficios asegurando su efectividad y cumplimiento normativo. Gestionar el contrato de los proveedores y el broker. Gestionar el ciclo de pago de los servicios contratados. Coordinar y ejecutar eventos que formen parte de la estrategia del COE de Beneficios, como ser: Tiempo de Relación, Fiestas de Fin de Año, Día de la Madre, Día del Padre, Día de la Niñez, entre otros. Proveedores y Contratos: Colaborar estrechamente con el COE y el equipo de Compras en los procesos de licitación y selección de proveedores, garantizando la transparencia y eficiencia. Administrar y controlar los pagos a proveedores relacionados con los programas de beneficios y los gastos del área. Análisis y Optimización de Programas: Mantener un sistema robusto de indicadores de gestión para evaluar el uso, la efectividad y el impacto de los beneficios por público. Completar encuestas internas y externas de mercado suministrando información clave que necesiten las diferentes consultoras especializadas Comunicación: Llevar adelante publicaciones, campañas y activaciones locales. Actualizar plataformas internos (Book / Maia). Gestión Presupuestaria y Auditorías: Realizar el seguimiento al control del presupuesto del área de beneficios, asegurando una gestión eficiente de los recursos. Atender y responder a auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con los programas y procesos de beneficios, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la transparencia. #LI-XT1 What will you find here?
