This experienced healthcare operations leader would oversee clinician workforce management, provider scheduling, and practice operations across a multi-site acute care environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence through strategic staffing, locum management, provider onboarding, process improvement, and team leadership. Duties / Responsibilities: Provides operational leadership and administrative oversight for the Acute Care Service Line, supporting the daily operations of a complex, multi-site healthcare environment. This role partners closely with service line leadership and clinicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care. Responsible for supervising administrative staff, resolving operational challenges, driving accountability, and fostering an environment that supports caregiver engagement and performance. Serves as a key resource for frontline problem-solving and operational excellence, with oversight supporting approximately 75 to 200 provider FTEs depending on service line needs. Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required and preferred in fields such as nursing, medical technology, business, clinical healthcare, or healthcare management/administration. Minimum of three years of leadership experience required. The ideal candidate will have: Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience. Knowledge of healthcare operations, provider staffing, locum management, and revenue cycle processes. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience driving operational improvements and process optimization (Lean preferred).
