The Role

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will act as a key support for our founder Isabel, gaining hands-on experience in the full range of a founder’s work. From day-to-day operations to strategic projects, you’ll contribute to moving the business forward while managing your own initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Support our founder in her daily tasks.
• Assist in setting up, measuring, and improving processes across the Alpas organization.
• Conduct analyses on market segments, customers, and competitors.
• Help organize and plan customer meetings and workshops.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and improve Alpas’ product and service offering.
• Contribute to Alpas’ expansion efforts into new customers, industries, and regions by assisting with go-to-market strategies.

Your profile

• High ambition to have a significant impact in a multi-billion Euro industry
• Strong drive to take full ownership of your own projects
• First experience and interest in fast-paced work environments (e.g., startups, consulting, finance).
• Affinity for tech and AI topics.
• Native-level German and excellent English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• At least 3 months time for the internship
