Your Role You inspire our semiconductor and microelectronics customers with our focused ion beam - scanning electron microscopy (FIB-SEM) products during product demonstrations and trainings. Your responsibilities include: conduct FIB-SEM product demonstrations and customer trainings generate and present application collateral, conduct application development consult our customers, sales, marketing and product management with your application expertise validate new products together with product management and R&D actively contribute to customer workshops and conferences Your Profile A successfully completed university degree in engineering or natural sciences, such as physics, materials science, electrical engineering, microelectronics, microtechnology, or nanotechnology Excellent knowledge and practical experience in operating focused ion beam (FIB) systems and scanning electron microscopes (SEM), complemented by experience in the semiconductor industry or research Experience in image processing, combined with confident use of standard office software A passion for solving complex challenges as part of a team in a structured and responsible manner Strong enthusiasm for providing professional customer service, combined with a high level of empathy, competence, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English Willingness to travel internationally Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Werner Baldauf Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible.
