Impact You’ll Make As a Data Analyst in Stout’s Transformative Change practice, you’ll turn complex structured and unstructured information into clear, accurate analyses and accessible visualizations. Your work will help teams and clients understand data quality, identify relationships across information sources, and make informed decisions in support of transformative change initiatives. Coordinate day-to-day project activities with clients, internal teams, and other engagement professionals. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, mathematics, accounting, economics, finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, problem-solving, coding, or related work. Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and financial or operational documents. How You’ll Thrive Communicate clearly and regularly with internal and external stakeholders about project status, timelines, and findings. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, manage multiple workstreams independently, ask timely questions, and adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines. Deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines and review others’ work for quality assurance. Combine sound analytical judgment with thoughtful visual presentation, including color, spatial relationships, and appropriate data density. Collaborate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and use technology to solve complex problems.
