Amplify is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, manage, and support performance marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and curious about the ins and outs of performance marketing and data analysis. Will excel at setting priorities, communicating effectively with key partners, and proactively bringing ideas to improve digital marketing tactics and processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage digital campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, marketing automation workflows, and ads, partnering with content marketers, field marketers, project managers, and designers. Drive assets through approval, incorporate feedback, and share finalized assets with teams and external vendors.

  • Proficiently use the project management system to track, communicate, and manage digital campaign production timelines efficiently from start to finish.

  • Support the team by tracking and reporting performance to drive continuous improvement, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using attribution and analytics tools.

  • Contribute insights and data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization in team presentations and ongoing as campaigns develop.

  • Lead submissions for paid publisher placements and support the manager with reporting and placement reallocation.

  • Provide QA support for marketing deliverables.

  • Leverage company-approved AI tools and team AI agents to accelerate and enhance daily marketing workstreams, increase efficiency, and share learnings to support team-wide improvement.

  • Create, update, and maintain documentation, training guides, and request forms in collaboration with the team.

  • Support the manager with the development of presentations and special projects for group meetings.

  • Attend marketing department on-site meetings 1-2 times per year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and media, advertising, business, or another related field.

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing campaign management.

  • Strong project management and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, or Monday is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Verifiable experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, MailChimp, and Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, paid media, content marketing, AEO, and SEO.

  • An analytical mindset with a strong understanding of customer journeys, marketing funnels, and digital marketing KPIs, with the ability to interpret metrics to drive insights and optimizations.

  • Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive), including demonstrable experience working with data in Google Sheets.
