Pay: $80k OTE at a 50/50 split, plus uncapped commissions. Every rep on the team has hit their OTE. Top performers make $100K+ in year one.
A venture-backed healthcare staffing marketplace is hiring early-career sellers. Structured training and a fast path from Junior AE to AE to Senior AE. One rep started as a Junior AE in January, got promoted to AE in March, and was named a Regional GM in November.
What you'll do
Make 80+ outbound calls a day to practices
Run demos and close new business against monthly targets
Manage your pipeline in the CRM
Hand off cleanly to onboarding
What you bring
0 to 2 years of sales (internships, part-time and door-to-door count)
Comfortable with high-volume calling and objections
Coachable and resilient
Based in or willing to move to the Phoenix area
Nice to have: HubSpot; hard-sell backgrounds such as pest control or retail kiosks
