- Build and test acquisition channels, content, and distribution partnerships.
- Measure activation, conversion, and retention, and use those results to choose the next experiment.
- Work with engineering on product changes that help people discover and adopt applyapply.
- Talk to job seekers and turn what you learn into clearer messaging and a better product.
what you bring
- Experience growing a consumer or prosumer product, or building something that spread without a large brand budget.
- Comfort running experiments and explaining what the results mean.
- Strong writing and an ability to understand what a job seeker needs.
- Willingness to do the work directly, from publishing content to analyzing a funnel.
