Terms of Service

Foly turns one profile into a portfolio website, resumes and a job search: templates that publish on a free subdomain or your own domain, a live jobs board aggregated from company career pages and job boards, and resume, cover-letter and career tools. The jobs board, template gallery and tools overview are public; saving anything requires an account.

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a contract.
• Sign up with email or Google. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account unless we approve otherwise. Tell us promptly about unauthorised access.

You own what you put into Foly. You grant Foly a licence to host, render, back up and — only when you publish — publicly display that content on the addresses you choose, plus generate sitemaps, previews and the exports you request (e.g. PDF resumes). You confirm you have the rights to publish what you upload, and that it does not infringe, defame or break the law.

• New portfolios start as private drafts. Publishing makes them public at your subdomain or path.
• Custom domains require proof of ownership (TXT record) and serve over HTTPS once verified.
• Switching templates never deletes your words: every template reads the same profile.
• We may remove or unpublish content that breaks these terms, the law, or a third party’s rights.

Roles come from company career pages and job boards (credited on every listing) and refresh through the day. Listings are informational only: titles, locations, salaries and availability can change or close without notice. Applications happen on the employer’s site under their terms and privacy policy — check before you apply. Foly prepares drafts and tracks what you approve; it never submits an application for you without your explicit approval.

Resume suggestions, cover-letter drafts and career answers are generated from the profile and posting you supply. They can be wrong or incomplete: review everything before you send, publish or rely on it. Do not submit unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive material through these tools.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or publish hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Scrape or automate Foly or employer sites against their terms; resell or bulk-copy listings.
• Upload malware, probe or overload the service, or bypass access, quota or payment controls.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent employment, or forge credentials and endorsements.
• Send spam from contact forms, inboxes or application emails.

• Plans (Free, Go, Pro, Max) and prices are shown on the site in rupees, GST included. Beta features may be free temporarily.
• Paid plans bill in advance (monthly or yearly). Switch or cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and paid features run to the end of the billing period.
• Refunds follow applicable consumer law; otherwise fees for elapsed periods are non-refundable.

You may delete your workspace any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, threaten security, or remain unpaid, with notice where practical. On termination your public sites stop being served and content is deleted per the Privacy Policy’s retention window.

Foly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including availability, job outcomes or AI accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foly’s liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if on a free plan), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. You indemnify Foly against claims arising from your content or misuse.

We may update these terms as Foly evolves. Material changes will be dated above and notified by email or in the dashboard; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections where you live. Foly · https://foly.in · support@foly.in.
