Experience / Skills / Abilities:
- Monitor process trends and KPIV/KPOV control charts in real-time to ensure production remains within acceptable limits.
- Interpret control charts to identify trends, shifts, or out-of-control conditions.
- Perform visual inspection job as part of QC function
- Maintain records, analyze trends, and initiate corrective actions to maintain consistent production quality.
- Collaborate with production, QC leader & engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards.
- Perform defect analysis and mapping to identify patterns and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Document all findings and issues in accordance & send out accurate quality report at the end of each shift
- Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
